
Olley's rendition of the Brisbane River
Margaret Olley: Life’s Journey is the latest exhibition at the University of Queensland Art Museum. It traces the many places that the artist had lived in and worked with over the years. Olley was awarded an honorary Doctor of Letters in 1999 by the UQ in recognition of her work for the arts and for her philanthropic endeavors.
It is open to the public until April 19, 10 am to 4 pm daily with free parking on weekends, after which it will go on touring Sydney and Newcastle.
